Fundación Corazón Raíz, A.C., (“CORAZÓN RAÍZ”) legally constituted under Mexican law, located at Teocelo 29, Roma Sur, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, 06760, in Mexico City, is committed to comply with all the necessary obligations for the operation of this site, including the personal data protection obligations regarding all our users.
Corazón Raíz may collect personal data, in its capacity as Responsible and may use, process and store the same, only with the consent of our users. The foregoing is based on the Federal Data Protection Law, its Regulations and other applicable national and supranational legal regulations.
What data do we collect?
The type of personal data that we collect, and store depends on your use of our website. You can access most of the pages in our website without having to provide any personal information.
The data that CORAZÓN RAÍZ may collect through any means can be:
Identification data: Name, address, home or mobile phone, email, Tax Number (RFC), full address, fiscal address and those that by legal provision must be provided.
The personal data collected when donating on our website is collected in its capacity as Responsible by Operadora Paypal de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. in accordance with its Privacy Notice, available on its website, so CORAZÓN RAÍZ will not have access to them at any time.
“Privacy Notice” Scope.
This “Privacy Notice” is applicable to all information, including personal information collected by CORAZÓN RAÍZ, as well as information from third parties with which CORAZÓN RAÍZ has any commercial or legal relation. In this sense, by using our website the owner grants his consent to CORAZÓN RAÍZ to collect and lawfully use the personal data for the purposes that are expressed below.

The personal data provided to CORAZÓN RAÍZ is stored in an electronic database, which is used for the classification, use, and protection of personal data of natural and legal persons connected with CORAZÓN RAÍZ. CORAZÓN RAÍZ does not store any sensitive personal data. Thus, the information and personal data may be used by CORAZÓN RAÍZ for the following purposes:

Means to exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (“ARCO”).
In accordance with national legislation on personal data protection the owner has the power to exercise his ARCO rights, the same rights as for his prompt reference are described below:
- Right of Access: Right of the owner to request CORAZÓN RAÍZ to inform him if he has information related to his personal rights in his database.
- Right of Rectification: Right of the owner to request CORAZÓN RAÍZ to correct the personal data it has in its database, as long as said data is incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Right of Cancellation: Right of the holder to request CORAZÓN RAÍZ the cancellation of the personal data that CORAZÓN RAÍZ has in its databases.
- Right of Opposition: Right of the owner to request CORAZÓN RAÍZ to refrain from continuing to use or process their personal data in whole or in part (for certain circumstances or purposes).
In view of the foregoing, the owner has the right to access the personal data that CORAZÓN RAÍZ possesses and the details of their treatment, as well as to rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, are being used for non-consensual purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or oppose their treatment for specific purposes.

CORAZÓN RAÍZ undertakes not to transfer the personal data without the user consent, except in the cases provided for in the applicable legislation, as well as to carry out this transfer in the terms established by the Federal Data Protection Law by Private (also referred to as “Law”).
Likewise, CORAZÓN RAÍZ will require the subjects that may receive personal data, to comply with the provisions on data protection, as well as the protection, classification and proper handling of personal data transferred by CORAZÓN RAÍZ.
If the owner does not express his opposition for the transfer of his personal data to third parties, it will be understood that the owner grants his consent to CORAZÓN RAÍZ to do so.
